Inspired by salon mirrors of the French Second Empire period, circa 1865, ours has a slender frame with refined corners – rounded on the outside, squared on the inside – that lend it an understated elegance. A hand-rubbed metal-leaf finish is applied over black paint, resulting in a modulated tonality.
